They've really improved it over the years. I haven't called them in years. plus you can activate notifications for alerts when service is restored. Also, I can easily reboot my router in case of connection issues. I did not give it a 5 star because I cannot click a button to shut off all internet or set up a schedule to turn off the all internet at night, every night.
